Wylder's Chalice is an important thing that you should unlock to get the special ability for Wylder in Elden Ring Nightreign.

Getting the Old Pocket Watch

First, you must get the Old Pocket Watch and unlock the Duchess in Elden Ring Nightreign. This item will be dropped randomly after completing an expedition or when you've defeated the three-headed boss, Gladius.

If you didn't get it after completing the expedition, defeating the boss will reward you with a guaranteed Old Pocket Watch.

Start Wylders Remembrance

To start the Remembrance, you have to select it from your journal. You'll be transported to a different section of the Round Table Hold, where you must talk with an NPC.

The NPC in the Roundtable-Hold in Elden Ring Nightreign will ask you to bring a Slate Whetstone. To get the item, you have to start the expedition.

This is your objective. If you matchmake with other players, then there's a chance that your objective will appear, so it's recommended that you play solo to complete this objective.

When the expedition begins, look at your map for the mines. See a red flag—this is where the quest item is. Proceed to the location to get the Wet Stone.

To do so, kill the NPC that guards the wall where the object is held. Then, interact with the wall to get the Slate Whetstone.

Return to the Roundtable Hold NPC in Elden Ring Nightreign and give him the Slate Whetstone. You will receive three more items after giving him the Slate Whetstone. These items must be brought to light to proceed to the next step.

Duchess Quest

Speak with the Duchess, and you will advance in the questline. She will respond to the items you've brought and discuss their importance, like a compass pointing her toward someone close to her.

Following this, you will be asked to open a new Remembrance chapter. This is necessary because the one that exists now ends here.

Then, interact with three other books in the new Remembrance chapter in Elden Ring Nightreign. This will unlock the basement area of the map.

After visiting the cellar, interact with three more coffins (or objects of the exact nature) to advance. Continue interacting and exploring until you have reached the next section.

Now, return to the Duchess and talk to her again to finish the quest. She will tell you about her situation in the Roundtable Hold and her imprisonment. Once you speak to her again, you will finally get the Wylder's Chalice.

After getting the Wylder's Chalice in Elden Ring Nightreign, go to the relics tab, find your character's relic slot, and click on the arrow to bring up more options. You can put the Slate Whetstone inside the Wylder's Chalice.

You can only place the Whetstone within the gray-colored zone, not green. This is the only position where the item is helpful for the Wylder. Performing this will unlock the unique and secret talent of the Wylder in Elden Ring Nightreign.
